Registration for the First Round of the 2026 USAAAO will open 12am EST, January 1st, 2026 and close 11:45pm EST January 31st, 2026. The registration form can be accessed here and must be completed by your proctor (more information below).
Registration will be $30 per student. If at least 5 students from your school register for the exam, we offer a discounted rate of $20 per student.
If you are unable to pay, we have a separate financial aid form. You don’t need to fill out both forms. We want to make sure that everyone that wants to participate has the opportunity to do so.
Exams must be proctored in-person by a teacher at your school. If more than one student at your school is taking the exam, you must be proctored by the same teacher at the same time. The exam must be taken between 2pm and 6pm local time on February 9, 2026. If you cannot take the exam at your school, please see our FAQs page.
